BUTUAN CITY, Philippines – Two men are being hunted for killing their grandparents and an uncle and then torching their bodies in a farming village here last Monday.
Police suspect that Rene Sacnanas and Soberiano Sacnanas killed their grandparents Antonio, 67, and Encarnacion Sacnanas, 65, and uncle Reynaldo, 40, due to a conflict over a family-owned agricultural land.
The victims were stabbed, with the throats of Antonio and Reynaldo slashed. Their bodies were burned beyond recognition.
