BALUNGAO, Pangasinan, Philippines – The father of the election officer of Umingan town was gunned down by two motorcycle-riding men here on Monday afternoon, police said.
The victim, Dominador Fernandez, 60, father of Umingan election officer Jinky Fernandez, were walking with two friends when he was shot with a .45-caliber pistol.
