CLARK FREEPORT, Pampanga, Philippines – Businessman and lawyer Arthur Tugade takes over the new president of the state-owned Clark Development Corp. (CDC) starting today.
CDC executive vice president Philip Panlilio said a certain Santiago would assume the post of CDC chairman.
The CDC post was left vacant with the resignation of former Dumaguete City mayor Felipe Remollo last April.
