MANILA, Philippines - The Commission on Elections on Friday said it has approved the application of three party-list groups to participate in the 2013 mid-term polls.
Comelec chairman Sixto Brillantes Jr. said the Comelec en banc has allowed Piston partylist group, Aasenso and a sectoral group that represents the elderly.
Brillantes said the voting of the en banc has been unanimous in giving the accreditation to the three party-list groups.
