BACOLOD CITY, Philippines – A police auxiliary member believed to be drunk went on a rampage in Escalante City, Negros Occidental yesterday morning, killing a colleague and a teenager and injuring three others, authorities said.
Armed with an M-16 assault rifle, Diolito Cabanyog, 26, assigned at a police outpost in Sitio Libo, Barangay Alimango, went berserk after a verbal tussle with two of the victims. – Antonieta Lopez
