Party wrecker killed by dad

PANIQUI, Tarlac — A drunk man who tried to force his way into a birthday party here Wednesday night was shot dead by the celebrator — a municipal councilor.

Councilor Dante Belarmino surrendered to police after gunning down a certain Jing Ubaldo who snatched a guard’s firearm and fired shots at Belarmino and his guests. — Benjie Villa
