CLARK FIELD, PAMPANGA – It was an event dubbed by a few as “too good to be true.” But any doubts on the 7107 International Music Festival at the Global Gateway Logistics City Clark in Pampanga was quelled when American band Red Hot Chili Peppers closed the event on Sunday, February 23.

The music fest’s main act began their set with “Can’t Stop,” to the delight of Pinoy fans. “Thank you for having us in your beautiful, kind, and lovely city,” Red Hot Chili Peppers vocalist Anthony Kiedis said before beginning their second song.

The band performed hits such as “Dani California,” “Californication,” “Otherside,” and “Snow.” They ended their set with “Give It Away.” Other acts on Day Two of the 7107 music festival are the Australian duo Empire of the Sun and rapper Kendrick Lamar.

Local artists who were part of the event on Sunday include Up Dharma, Radioactive Sago Project, and Spongecola. Celebrities who attended the second day of the festival include Anne Curtis and boyfriend Erwan Heussaff, Jasmine Curtis-Smith and Sam Concepcion, Dingdong Dantes, Bianca King, Maxene and Frank Magalona, among others.
