A man identified only as Rollie Boy was shot dead in Barangay Culiat, Quezon City at around 11:30 p.m. Monday.

The victim was walking near the corner of Luzon and Congressional Avenues when he was attacked.

Probers recovered 11 fired cartridges and four deformed bullets at the scene.

In Taguig, alleged drug pusher John Mark Felicia, 31, was killed by unidentified motorcycle-riding assailants in Barangay North Signal before midnight Monday.

In Pasay City, neighbors found alleged drug pusher and addict Ma. Elena Custodio, 30, dead in front of her house yesterday afternoon.

Witnesses said four men were seen coming out of Custodio’s house shortly after gunshots were heard at past 3 p.m., said Chief Superintendent Tomas Apolinario, Southern Police District director.

He said Custodio’s name is in the police drug watchlist and authorities have been trying to convince her to surrender before Oplan Tokhang was suspended.
