Toe and shop

MANILA, Philippines - The Japanese instrumental-rock band’s latest album, which they are touring for, is called The Future Is Now. And as the latest stop on their tour, Toe is here, now.

B-Side and Artwork T-shirts – along with media sponsors Pulp Magazine, Gala Magazine, PhilippineConcerts.com, and WhenInManila.com, bring you back the Fred Perry and Intastella Burst of Japanese post-rock and math-rock after their successful sold-out show at NBC Tent last March.

The 13-year-old band is currently on its eighth studio album – another groundbreaking milestone to their name.  With Kashikura Takashi on drums, Yamane Satoshi on bass, and Mino Takaaki and Yamazaki Hirokazu on guitar, make a comeback in the Philippines for one night only:  Tonight.

Their tickets for the coming show are selling out fast, too – so what are you waiting for?  You can grab yours for P1,500 at the Artwork branches in either Glorietta 1 or Alabang Town Center; they are also available at the Fred Perry branches in Greenbelt 5 in Makati, SM Mall of Asia in Pasay, Power Plant Mall in Rockwell, and Robinsons Magnolia Town Center in Quezon City.

Toe is performing tonight (April 19, 2013) at 8 p.m., at Metrotent, Metrowalk Plaza in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Pop-ups are mushrooming everywhere.  In the lot stands Showcase, a celebration of fashion, music, art and culture from sponsors Red Bull, LoudBasstard, Co.Lab XChange, and MCafe.

After back-to-back successes in the last two Platform Shows, the team came up with pocket events geared towards empowering and marketing independent brands.

Curated by Platform 360, the event will be featuring Proudrace, OS, Chief, Strong Hold, CEO, Sole Service, Civic Duty, KYS, Wip Caps, LoudBasstard, Newspaper Boy, Salad Day, and Anton Belardo.  The lineup is amplified with DJs Nix Damn P, Wreck-One, and Deuce Manila among other surprise guests.

Showcase will start at 4 p.m. and end at 10 p.m. this Saturday (April 20) at M Café in Greenbelt 4, Makati.
