The 10 best costumes win passes to Republiq’s Halloween party, complete with free drinks for the night. Deadline for entries is October 28, Thursday, at 5 p.m.
But if you don’t want to ugly up and get scary, no one’s stopping you from getting your sexy on, too. Because as Cady said, “Halloween is the one night a year when girls can dress like a total slut and no other girls can say anything about it.”
