It was an afternoon of music as the Friends for Cultural Concerns of the Philippines (FCCP) held its annual “Artists & Friends Tea Musicale” at the North Greenhills Pavilion in San Juan. The affair featured excellent performances of the organization’s scholars and beneficiaries while new members were also inducted by FCCP president Nene Pe Lim. Before the event ended, members began buying tickets to the annual FCCP ball in support of the major fundraising reunion of all the organization’s scholars that is being planned for staging next year. In addition to academic scholarships, FCCP also helps Filipino artists to study and perform or exhibit overseas.
