Cabalen has also recently opened a branch in San Bruno, California. With a number of famous food critics and chefs singing praises for Filipino cuisine, it is considered as “the next big thing,” according to top American food critic Andrew Zimmern.

The eat-all-you-can, eat-all-you-want buffet restaurant has just opened its first Cabalen branch in San Bruno, California, with the goal of reaching more Filipinos and bringing Filipino cuisine to foreign palates.
