MANILA, Philippines — Typhoon Hanna is expected to leave the Philippine area of responsibility on Friday but some classes remain suspended due to the bad weather.
A number of local government units announced the cancellation of classes as a preventive measure to ensure the safety of students in their jurisdictions.
