MANILA, Philippines — Catriona Gray, 24, became the fourth Filipina to win the coveted Miss Universe title on Monday morning. 

The Miss Universe Organization posted photos of Gray, Miss Universe 2018, in her winning red dress and Miss Universe crown.

“Introducing your newly crowned Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray,” the organization posted in the caption.

They also changed their cover photo to Gray's winning moment.

Shortly after winning the title, Catriona said in her post-win press conference, “I feel incredulous. I can't believe it. I just got whisked off stage so it hasn't sunk in yet.” She said she would be celebrating with her family and friends in Thailand on Monday night.

She bested 93 other candidates from across the world. 

Her winning evening gown was designed by Mak Tumang and was inspired by Mount Mayon in Legazpi, Albay. 

"This is inspired by Mount Mayon," Gray told reporters during the press conference.  "It's a famous volcano located in my hometown in Albay, in [the] Bicol region, of the Philippines... That's where we drew inspiration from, the magma," she said. 

Gray said that she chose the color red because of a prophetic dream her mother had when she was 13. "I had a dream that you were in Miss Universe and you won in a red dress," Catriona said her mom told her then.
