MANILA, Philippines — Assistant Secretary Mocha Uson has gotten herself in hot water over the lewd dancing and chanting by her co-host in a video supposedly meant to spread information about federalism.
But this was not the first time the assistant secretary and supporter of President Rodrigo Duterte has stirred criticism over a blunder.
