MANILA, Philippines — The Senate panels on public order, justice and constitutional amendments codes on Wednesday will resume its inquiry into the death of law student Horacio “Atio” Castillo III.
Fratman Ralph Trangia is expected to appear before the Senate hearing. He is facing murder, anti-hazing, robbery and obstruction of justice complaints.
