MANILA, Philippines – Papua New Guinea’s Prime Minister Peter Charles Paire O’Neill on Monday afternoon arrived at the Villamor Air Base, Manila two days ahead of the Asia-Pacific Economic (APEC) Leaders’ Meeting in Manila.

O’Neill, the ninth prime minister of Papua New Guinea, was the first leader to arrive in the country at the Villamor Air Base.
