LIVE: Oral arguments on Torre de Manila case

MANILA, Philippines – The Supreme Court is set to resume its oral arguments on the case of the Torre de Manila against the developer DMCI Homes Inc. on Tuesday afternoon.

The proceedings scheduled at 2 p.m. will let respondents of the case DMCI, the City Government of Manila and the Office of the Solicitor General, present their side before the court.

Since Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno again filed a leave of absence beginning Monday afternoon, Acting Chief Justice Senior Associate Justice Antonio Carpio will again serve as the presiding officer of the SC en banc to hear the oral arguments.
