MANILA, Philippines — A multitude of people have gathered as early 10 a.m. in anticipation of the coming of Pope Francis in Manila. People from all walks of life in Villamor Airbase, the Ninoy Aquino International Airport, and Quirino-Taft area in Manila, brushed aside the heat and ignored hunger pangs so they can see the pope in the flesh.
