MANILA, Philippines — Typhoon "Glenda" was described "as mad as hell" by online Filipinos who captured its rage on video as it pummeled Bicol region on Tuesday.
It is expected to make landfall in Albay on Tuesday night and hit Metro Manila and neighboring areas on Wednesday morning.
