MANILA, Philippines — Sarah Geronimo teased fans of a possible new project with John Lloyd Cruz after sharing photos of them reuniting at the Viva headquarters.
The actress-singer simply put a clock and film emojis as the caption for her Instagram post. Their tandem first gained popularity in the romantic-comedy trilogy A Very Special Love (2008), You Changed My Life (2009), and It Takes a Man and a Woman (2013). Directed by Cathy Garcia Molina, the films were produced under Star Cinema and Viva Films.
They last worked together in the 2017 rom-com Finally Found Someone.
Meanwhile, after staging her sold-out 20th anniversary concert and sharing a photo with Bamboo with the caption “on to the next one,” Sarah confirmed she was reuniting with the rock star in a joint concert on July 7 at the Big Dome. The two first worked together as coaches/judges in The Voice of the Philippines.
