MANILA, Philippines - For a few years now, Paolo Ballesteros has steadily built a wide fanbase, thanks to his amazing and jawdropping makeup transformations.
Paolo just pulled another incredible makeup project, this time, copying the iconic female superhero, Wonder Woman on the eve of the global premiere of the film dedicated to the DC Comics character.
More accurately, he copied Israeli-born actress Gal Gadot who plays Wonder Woman, complete with a tiara and a metallic-looking top.
Paolo transformed into the princess of the Amazon during live makeup transform session over Facebook, as part of the actor’s promotion for the mobile brand Asus Zenfone Live. The actor took advantage of the phone’s Live Beautification feature.
The livestream session has already received 80,000 views in less than a day.
Paolo also posted a picture of his finished product via his Instagram account, which has about 2 million followers. Within the first hour of posting, his Instagram entry has already received 16,000 likes and nearly 200 comments.
The Filipino actor, who also starred in the award-winning movie "Die Beautiful," has been staging near-perfect makeup imitations of famous stars for several years now, all posted on Instagram. It is only very recently that he has started doing makeup transformation via live FB streaming.
Among the famous celebrities he has copied are Beyonce, Angelina Jolie, Julia Roberts. Katy Perry, Taylor Swift, Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach, Ellen Degeneres, Lady Gaga and former First Lady Michelle Obama. His imitation of Game of Thrones characters Cersei Lannister and Daenarys also created an Internet frenzy.
Most recently, he did a live makeup transformation of Kylie Jenner for Asus Zenfone Live, drawing nearly 100,000 Facebook views in less than an hour.
