MANILA, Philippines - Actress-singer and former VJ Karel Marquez and her fiancé businessman, Sean Fariñas, created another #weddinggoals after releasing their unusual pre-wedding film.
The couple chose to announce the date of their wedding by sharing their love story through Tagalog spoken-word poetry. Karel voiced out the poetry while both of them starred in the heartwarming film.
"Through my journey of finding you, I found me. The journey of finding your equal starts with one step. It is a long road but it is all worth it in the end. Let us tell you this story through Tagalog spoken word poetry," the video introduction read.
The save-the-date pre-wedding video titled "Nagsimula" was produced by Treehouse Story. It was mostly set on a beach-side in Bataan where the couple also held their pre-nuptial shoot.
Soon-to-be bride Karel took to Instagram to share the teaser and later on snippets of the pre-wedding film, which she said made her cry.
Karel and Sean got engaged last May. They are set to tie the knot on December 1 this year, after being a couple since 2012.
