AlDub to join Vic Sotto, Ai Ai in MMFF entry

MANILA, Philippines — They haven't met yet, but Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza will soon work together in a Metro Manila Film Festival entry.

Ai Ai delas Alas confirmed that "AlDub" will be part of her MMFF entry "Rom-comin Mo Ako" together with Vic Sotto, the Philippine Entertainment Portal reported.

"Yes, confirmed na confirmed," replied the Comedy Queen when asked to confirm the reports.

Although as of now, they haven't devided yet on what roles they will portray.

"Basta, parang kami ni Alden, tapos sila [Vic] at Yaya Dub, ganoon," offered Ai Ai about the plan on their roles.

The AlDub love team gained popularity through "Eat. Bulaga!'s" segment "Juan for All, All for Juan." Until now, the two have not seen each other in person.

In a previous interview, Alden said he's very much open to do a project with Maine, who is popularly known as Yaya Dub.
