MANILA, Philippines- Ai Ai delas Alas' son, Sancho, has joined showbiz and signed a contract with GMA Network, the rival network of the comedienne.
Even as they belong to rival networks, Ai Ai will run her son's showbiz career and stand as his manager.
GMA announced Sancho's contract signing through an Instagram post.
The comedienne revealed in previous interviews that her son has always been interested in joining showbiz, but discouraged him so he can finish his studies.
He once tried to join the ABS-CBN reality show “Pinoy Big Brother: All In” but didn't make it.
Sancho wants to be a comedian just like his mother, although Ai Ai believes that he'll be better as dramatic actor.
