Robinsons Tacloban to show hit reruns for only P20 to P50 per screening

MANILA, Philippines - Taclobanons are in for a special treat from Robinsons Place Tacloban which is slated to open to public this weekend. Aside from bringing back the malling experience to the province of Leyte and to the nearby province of Samar, Robinsons Place Tacloban through its Robinsons Movieworld will show “movies that you’ve missed,” says Arlene Magtibay, RLC’s SVP and GM for commercial centers division.

“With the cooperation of major movie producers and distributors, we will be selling ticket prices of Robinsons Movieworld at specially marked-down prices for the next two to three months so that the general public will have the chance to see blockbusters that they sorely missed,” Magtibay adds. “We have made the ticket prices very affordable — P20 to P50 and these special screenings will take place in two cinemas.”

So what can the public expect? “Re-runs of international blockbuster movies like Robo Cop, Frozen, Rio 2, The Hobbit, Hunger Games: Catching Fire, Captain America, Divergent, The Amazing Spider-Man 2, Diary ng Panget, Non-Stop, 300: Rise of the Empire, Little Bosing and more,” she answers.
