Starting Over Again is a different kind of love story that is centered on estranged couple Marco (Piolo) and Ginny (Toni) who meet for the very first after a painful break-up. Marco and Ginny are faced with the conflict of settling an unfinished business without any guarantee of a romantic reconciliation. The film, which is direk Olivia’s 11th full-length film under Star Cinema, offers to give an alternative meaning to the phrase “starting over again.â€
Still showing in cinemas nationwide, the film made a record-breaking P25M at the box-office on its first day, making it one of the most successful Valentine movies in the history of Philippine cinema. It has grossed over P100M in three days.
