CEBU, Philippines - Team Paknaan and the Locans hope to sustain their momentum as they take on separate opponents today in the resumption of the Landing, Sta. Cruz Softball Tournament in the municipality of Liloan.
Both parading clean 2-0 slates, Paknaan and the Locans shoot for their third straight win when they go up against SVP and Wild Nukes, respectively.
Paknaan nailed its second win at the expense of Paping, 9-6, while the Locans posted back-to-back victories after thrashing host Landing, 8-4.
The Rebels, on the other hand, seek to follow up their 7-0 whitewash of Jagobiao with another impressive conquest.
In the other games, Jagobiao battles Paping, Special Child tackles Consolacion, while Salazar Colleges of Science and Institute of Technology (SCSIT) mixes it up with the Jewelers.
