CEBU, Philippines - If the adults are talking about the 25th year anniversary celebration of the longest-running Filipino newscast “TV Patrol,” the kids have their own party via the 7th year of “GB Patrol Small World” on the no. 1 kiddie gag show “Goin’ Bulilit.”
