Developer of custom-made homes expands nationwide

CEBU, Philippines — Along with the changes of home buyers’ preference in the new normal, personalized residential development is taking the spotlight.

This prompted Filipino Homes Plus to expand its presence across the country, specifically in General Santos, Davao, and Bohol, bared Filipino Homes Plus founder Anthony Gerard Leuterio.

In an interview, Leuterio said the decision to expand its services is due to encouraging demand the company noted since the pandemic.

A subsidiary of Filipino Homes, Filipino Homes Plus is engaged in building custom-made homes with prices ranging from P10 million or more.

According to Leuterio, Filipino Homes Plus has built 23 premium bespoke homes this year, and more projects will be started in Cagayan de Oro, Butuan and Cebu valued at P14 million to P18 million each.

Established in 2019, Leuterio said Filipino Homes Plus is not in competition with developers, as this is a niche market, which is not served by developers.

The company delivers fully furnished and smart homes to clients like business owners, expats and medical professionals, among others.

So far, projects built by Filipino Homes Plus are usually three-story smart houses with 250 to 300 square meters in size. Completion is a custom-made home ready to use within three to four months.

Now that life dynamics have changed as well as home amenities, more affluent families now desire to live in safe, smart homes, wherein requirements in the new normal living are in place.

“When we started Filipino Homes, we saw value-added services to support our buyers,” added Leuterio.
