Style, compassion and expression in photos

A grand display of captivating portraits of the country’s most admirable personalities was recently unveiled at the grand atrium of the SM Mall of Asia for the Philippine Cancer Society’s (PCS) 2010 Best Dressed Women of the Philippines charity event. The exhibit was made possible through the collaborative efforts of PCS in partnership with the Camera Club of the Philippines and the SM Mall of Asia. Combining elegance, poise and their incomparable achievements in society, these prominent figures were chosen to grace this year’s charity gala to further help PCS in raising funds for its cancer-awareness programs. Aside from the best dressed awardees, the exhibit also featured the 2010 Best Dressed Ambassadors for Life who continually extend their support for the success of the annual event. A ribbon cutting ceremony formally opened the exhibit led by event chairperson and Angola consul Helen Ong, external affairs chairperson and Monaco consul general Fortune Ledesma, Camera Club of the Philippines president Rey Ortiz and Philippine Cancer Society chairman doctor Bobby Paterno. A scrumptious feast was served courtesy of French Baker led by chief executive officer Johnlu Koa. Congratulations! The Best Dressed Awards Ball will be on September 21, 2010 at the Makati Shangri-La Ballroom. For tickets, call Zeny Avila of the PCS at 09178428063.
