MANILA, Philippines - Philippine Savings Bank (PSBank), the thrift bank arm of the Metrobank Group, has partnered with top real estate developers and interior design firms to offer free interior design services of up to P100,000. PSBank Home Loan clients with plans of acquiring a house or condominium unit from Ayala Land, Alveo, Shang Properties or Rockwell Land can avail of this exclusive offer. Those who qualify should have a loan amount of at least P5 million and a loan term of five years or more. It covers PSBank Home Loan applications received from Sept. 16 to Dec. 15, 2014, with loan availment or release not later than Jan. 30, 2015. Home loans amounting to P5 to P7.9 million will receive P50,000 worth of free interior design services. On the other hand, home loans reaching P8 million and above will be entitled to P100,000 worth of free interior design services. Home owners may opt to avail of the design expertise of PSBank’s partner firms, namely: Heim Interiors, a locally recognized furniture and design brand; or Arkhi Builders, a full-service architecture, interior design and construction management firm.
