Leisure Farms hits 88% sales record

Property developer Landco Pacific said it has sold 88 percent of phases I and II of its farm project Leisure Farms I Metro Tagaytay.

In response to the growing demand for the product, Leisure Farms has expanded their Lemery site, adding yet another cluster of lots–Phase III; The Ridge–located on the higher levels of the farm neighborhood.

"The terrain and slope of our new lots are pratically perfect," says Alfred Xerez-Burgos III, VP and group head of the project. And because of phase III’s height, "residents get a better view of Mt. Batulao. We call that area the cream of the crop. We expect it to sell just as fast as our first two phases," he added.

Leisure Farms is the country’s first hobby farming and agro-tourism community, combining residential farming and resort features in one refreshing package. Located on 116 hectares of breezy, rolling terrain and porous, abundant soil in Metro Tagaytay, the project’s farmlots are divided into 1,000-1,500 sqm lots.
