Bria rides on infrastructure progress in Pili

MANILA, Philippines — Villar-owned affordable housing developer Bria Homes has placed its bet on Pili in Camarines Sur for its newest residential project.

Located in a province famous for its water sports activities and island hopping destinations, Bria Homes Pili  stands to benefit from the construction of the Luzon Spine Expressway Network (LSEN), a massive set of highways and expressways that will drastically reduce the 20-hour travel between Ilocos and Bicol to only nine hours.

Bria Pili is also one of the real estate firm’s various projects in Luzon, attesting to its commitment to build modern, safe, and secure residential enclaves outside Metro Manila.

Pili is the provincial capital of Camarines Sur, the largest of the six provinces of the Bicol Peninsula. It is also the site of Naga Airport and is described as “rich in nature, history, and culture – from heritage churches to the smallest commercially bred fish to the pink and black sand beaches of the Partido region.”

Bria Homes, with over 50 developments in major Philippine cities and municipalities, is a subsidiary of publicly listed Golden MV Holdings Inc., one of the top real estate companies in the country.
