MANILA, Philippines - The peso barely moved against the dollar midday Friday, settling at 43.694 from the previous day's 43.71.
Total volume transacted at the Philippine Dealing System amounted to $408 million, lower than the $433.7 million posted on Thursday.
The peso opened Friday at 43.72.
