MANILA, Philippines - The Golden Treasure Skills and Development Program will conduct a one-day seminar on basic to advanced balloon decoration on Aug. 26, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the College of Social Work and Community Development, Magsasay Ave., cor. Ylanan St., University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City.
This day-long seminar will cover the basic to advanced principles of balloon decoration techniques for social and corporate events, weddings, birthday, children’s parties and baptismal events.
Sourcing of materials, costing and step-by-step guidelines on how to start and maintain a balloon business will also be discussed.
All materials, handouts to be used for hands-on training will be provided including lunch and snacks. Each participant will receive a certificate of training.
