Nandoon sina Senate President Franklin Drilon, Senate Majority Leader Loren Legarda, House Speaker Jose de Venecia, Deputy House Speaker Raul Gonzales, House Majority Leader Neptali Gonzales, Senators Robert Jaworski, Ralph Recto at Noli de Castro, at Congw. Cynthia Villar.

Hindi naman sumipot ang mga oposisyong sina Senate Minority Leader Aquilino Pimentel Jr., House Minority Leader Carlos Padilla, Senators Edgardo Angara, Gregorio Honasan, Tito Sotto, Luisa Ejercito-Estrada at Congw. Bella Angara-Castillo na pawang co-authors. Wala rin sa okasyon sina Senators Francis Pangilinan, Juan Flavier at Manny Villar.

Kabilang sa mga panukalang batas na nilagdaan ay Republic Act 9175 o an Act regulating the Ownership, Possession, Sale, Importation and Use of Chain Saws; RA 9176 an Act Extending the Period Until December 31 2020 for the Filing of Applications for Administrative Legalization and Judicial Confirmation of Imperfect and Incomplete Titles to Alienable and Disposable Lands of Public Domain; RA 9174 an Act Amending RA 6768 Entitled an Act Instituting a Balikbayan Program; RA 9178 An Act to Promote the Establishment of Barangay Micro Business Enterprises at RA 9177 an Act Declaring the First Day of Shawwal, the Tenth Month of the Islamic Calendar a National Holiday in ARMM.
