Daghan na sad ang nadugang sa listahan sa COVID-19 positive!  Basin ma-extend pa ni’ng quarantine!   Wa na ko’y tarong tog sa ka-depressed nako.

Honestly, same ta.  But naa ko’y gi-try.  Di pa dugay, so di pa ko sure if this works.  I make myself useful and follow a routine.  Household chores sa buntag, tigluto og paniudto, hugas plato, then chill time, nya workout, pahuway, ligo, basa og daily devotional, pray.  I also work from home in between everything I do.  That’s my routine.  I’m trying to make myself busy para dili ko musamot ka-depress.  Try making your own routine.  Let me know if it helps.
