Luna nga giukopahan sa CentCom i-develop sa Kapitolyo
CEBU, Philippines — Giplano sa Probinsiya sa Sugbo nga i-develop ang luna nga kasamtangang giukopahan karon sa Armed Forces of the Philippines Central Command (AFP-CentCom) kini kon hingpit nga mabawi tanan sa Kapitolyo ang maong luna.
Sa pagkakaron 17.5 ektarya pa gikan sa 80 ka ektarya ang nabawi sa Kapitolyo gikan sa CentCom.
Matud ni Gobernador Gwendolyn Garcia nga padayon karon ang ilang panagsabot uban sa militar.
"We are nearing on the completion of the ongoing negotiations regarding when they will be turning over the balance, 47 lots ni, these 47 lots are equal to 80 hectares prime highly commercial property", padayag ni Garcia.

"We will develop this without giving up ownership of a single square inch of property", Garcia pa.
Ang luna diha sa Camp Lapu-Lapu nga giukopahan sa Centcom maoy giplanohan ni Garcia nga palambuon uban sa pribadong sektor.
"We will develop it together with the private sector to realize even more revenues for the province of Cebu and further, it might become a city within a city but mind you I will be very, very conscious about maintaining sa mga greenery centers, like Singapore mao man na, because I will be insisting that portion of that nga naa gyud ta’y mga parks", dugang ni Garcia.
