Apela sa probinsya sa sugbo gitugtan

CEBU, Philippines — Gipaubos sa Inter-Agnecy Task Force ang Probinsya sa Sugbo sa General Community Quarantine ug inay nga Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) sugod kagahapong adlawa.

Kini human nga gitugtan ang ilang apelar nga ipaubos lang sa mas ubos nga quarantine status. Hinoon “with heightened restriction” ang GCQ sa lalawigan sa Sugbo.

“The Province of Cebu shall be placed under General Community Quarantine (GCQ) until 15, August 2021, without prejudice to their reclassification as may be warranted and the declaration of localized Enhanced Community Quarantine in critical areas…” pagbasa sa IATF Resolution No. 130-D.

Ubos sa “heightened restriction” nga GCQ, ang mga food establishment sama sa kan-anan ug restaurant mamahimong maka operate ug dine-in services apan kutob lang sa 20 percent nga seating capacity samtang  50% capacity usab sa outdoor dine-in service.  Sa mga personal care services sama sa beauty salon, parlor, babershops, nail spas ug uban pa 30% ang venue capacity nga itugot. Ang mga Meetings, Incentives, Conventions and Exhibitions (MICE) nga event sa venue establishment dili itugot.

Ang outdoor tourist destination itugot nga makapadayon sa operasyon apan 30% lang sa venue capacity ang itugot. Ang mga indoor sports courts ug venues ug indoor tourist attraction ang dili itugot pag operate.

Ang relihiyosong kalihokan tugotan usab nga makapadayon apan kinahanglan 10% lang sa venue capacity ang itugot.

Itugot usab ang mga necrological services, haya  sa mga namatay apan kinahanglan limitado ra sa mga immediate family members.

Ang inter-zonal travel itugot subject sa restriction sa lokal nga kagamhanan.
