Si Konsehal Jerry Guardo kinsa maoy chairman sa Committee on Infrastructure ang nangamahan sa unom sab ka resolusyon nga gipasar sa konseho.
Ang unom ka kontrata naglangkub sa flood control project sa Barangay Apas ubos sa Aluy Kontrakworks and Supply balor og P5.4 milyones, embankment construction sa Barangay Basak San Nicolas ubos sa Pagay Construction balor og P4 milyones, portland cement concrete pavement sa Barangay Lorega ubos sa Yes Construction balor og P4.6 milyones, concrete pavement sa Barangay Quiot ubos sa La Prueba Construction balor og P2.7 milyones, rehabilitation sa drainage system sa Barangay Cogon Ramos ubos sa Circle Z Ventures and Development Corp. balor og P3.7 milyones ug pagpalambo sa dalan sa Barangay Lahug ubos sa Aluy Kontrakworks and Supply balor og P1.9 milyones.
Sa wala pa ang kopya sa kontrata gipresentar sa konseho, ang City Legal Office nipagawas og legal opinion labot niini diin ang tanan nasubay sa balaud.
