Private armies, election hot spots gi-monitor

Ini’g human na anha nato ma-brief and discuss among ourselves asa ang mahimong hotspot...Ang pagka-hotspot would include history of election-related violence and if hotly contested ba ang mga mudagan,” sigon ni Tolentin.
