Lima ka proyekto sa Kapitolyo wa mahatag
CEBU, Philippines — Lima ka mga proyekto ubos sa Intensified Building-Up of Infrastructure and Logistics for Development (I-BUILD) sa Philippine Rural Development Project (PRDP) ang wala mapatuman sa Probinsya sa Sugbo, sumala sa Commission on Audit (COA).
Base sa COA report, apil sa wala mapatuman nga proyekto mao ang Alegria Integrated Portable Supply Project - Potable Water Supply (Level 2), rehabilitasyon sa Anonang Sur -Lambusan Farm to Market Road, Dapdap-Batad Farm to Market Road, Kinawahan- Canagahan Farm to Market road ug Looc-Talisay sa lungsod sa Santander nga farm to market road.
Sumatotal ang maong mga proyekto moabot sa P306.9 milyones, kon diin 80% sa pundo nga gigahin gikan sa utang sa World Bank.
Ang maong mga proyekto makatabang unta sa pagpaayo sa mga dalan alang sa mas dali nga transportasyon sa mga produkto nga agrikultura, food security ug mas taas nga produksyon sa mga uma.
Apan matud sa COA nalangay ang pagproseso sa mga dokumento lakip na sa bidding process sa maong mga proyekto ug apektado ang mga unta makabenepisyo niini.
"The delay in the implementation of these projects would be very disadvantageous to the intended beneficiaries of the Province of Cebu," sumala sa COA.
Girekomendar sa COA ngadto sa Kapitolyo nga mandoan ang Provincial Project Management and Implementation Unit (PPMIU) ug ang Provincial Engineering Office lakip na sa Bids and Awards Committee nga makig-coordinate sa Regional Project Coordination Office sa PRDP aron malikayan ang pagkalangay sa pagpatuman sa mga proyekto.(/IBM)(BANATNEWS)
