Grab driver, 7 others nabbed for drugs

MANILA, Philippines — A Grab driver, his companion and at least six others were arrested for illegal drugs in Quezon City since Tuesday.

Grab driver Jerrybe Araojo, 30, and Marco Paulo Cayso were caught in a sting in his car along 15th Avenue in Barangay Socorro at around 2 a.m. yesterday. 

Sachets of marijuana, various drug paraphernalia, and a Toyota Vios were seized from the suspects.

Ludivic Enriquez, 50; Joemar Janapin, 23; Archie Gernale; Nina Tuazon, 26; and Antony Villamor were arrested in separate operations in other parts of the city.
