Man stabbed dead in Quezon City

MANILA, Philippines - A 34-year-old man was stabbed dead while playing the game “cara y cruz” in Quezon City over the weekend.

Police said Tito Gonzales was playing the game of chance with his friends when he was stabbed by the suspect along Capricorn street in Barangay Pag-asa at around 9 a.m. on Sunday.

The assailant, identified only as alias “Atud,” fled after the attack.

Gonzales was rushed to the Quezon City General Hospital where he was declared dead on arrival.
