The Messiest street?

Award for Messiest. If there was an award for the messiest street in Cebu City, it would probably go to that intersection of F. Llamas and Tres de Abril Streets in Barangay Punta Princesa. That's according to an EAR informer who uses those roads on a daily basis.

Motorists lack discipline. The informer said all sorts of vehicles use the roads all at one time: trisikads, tricycles, habal-habals, public utility jeepneys, and private vehicles. What is sad said is no regular traffic enforcer mans the area, the informer added. "Sus, wa gyu'y disiplina ang mga drayber diha. Ang mga tawo walay kalabangan. Delikado gyud," he said.
