MANNY. A Phl's best bet in the Miss Universe pageant failed to place in the top five but guests in a birthday party in uptown hotel had reason to cheer. They cheered when Manny Pacquiao was called first among the judges to ask a contestant a question.

SCORE. The birthday party guests cheered and they were all proud of Manny and his performance. Someone was heard saying: "Gikuyawan ko basig gahi ang iningles ni Manny, pero OK ra man diay." Everyone raised their drinks as they cheered Pacman.
