Wrong signal

WARNING. A tourist guide told an Ear informer he was embarrassed when one of the three "white tourists" he was guiding stopped to read this sign on the wall: "Warning. Do not urinate here." This was on Borromeo St. Earlier, there was a similar warning on another wall on another street which one of the tourists took photos of.

PROHIBIT THEM. The tourist guide said signs like what the tourists had seen should be prohibited. "They give the foreigners the wrong signal," he said. "A few years back," he said, "these words were painted on the passageway of a government building: "Do not spit here."
