Alden, Maine record theme song for upcoming film

MANILA, Philippines - Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza record the song for their upcoming film.

On Wednesday, the GMA corporate communication team posted on their Instagram account a photo of the two while recording the song.

According to reports, Maine was the one who wrote the lyrics of the song, while Vic Sotto worked on the melody.

It was this week also when they both posted a teaser of their film, which reports said will be in cinemas on July 16, the anniversary of their "accidental" love team.

Their film was shot in Italy, under the helming of Mike Tuviera.
