“Binisaya X CIPO”

CEBU, Philippines - A selection of short live action and animated films were shown during the opening salvo of a traveling Cebuano film festival.

Dubbed of “Binisaya X CIPO” and staged at the Cebu Provincial Capitol grounds on August 16, viewers of all ages were treated to screenings of “Katapusang Labok,” “Ale Alejandra,” “Ambihas,” “Hinagunoy sa Goryon,” “Mga Damgo,” “Ang Bitoon ug ang Barungoy,” and “Memorya.”

The films were previously featured in earlier holdings of the annual “Binisaya Film Festival.”

Spearheaded by Binisaya Movement Inc. and the Cebu Provincial Tourism Office, “Binisaya X CIPO” would then be toured around the province, in the various various cities and towns, in the weeks and months to come.
